LogoFolder strives to create custom designs that align with your vision. Our unique approach allows you to pay only if you are 100% satisfied with the customization of your project. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with the design, you are not obligated to make a payment.

Refund Policy

Once you have gained access to the source files of the logo, a refund can no longer be issued. We consider the delivery of source files as the finalization of the project and a transfer of ownership. This policy ensures the protection of both parties involved.

If you have concerns or issues before accessing the source files, please get in touch within 7 from the date of your order to address any issues promptly and work towards a satisfactory resolution.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

Source File Access

Access to the source files will be provided upon receipt of payment. Once the files are delivered, the transaction is considered final and the refund policy no longer applies.
